Securing a place on an airline-sponsored pilot training programme is highly competitive. With thousands of aspiring pilots applying for a limited number of positions, being properly prepared can make a significant difference.

Jet Pilot Academy provides comprehensive, focused preparation for airline selection processes with airlines including easyJet, Ryanair, Jet2, TUI, Cathay Pacific and others.

Our two-day course is designed to help you understand what to expect, how to prepare and how to perform at each stage of the selection process.

WHAT WE COVER

Our preparation programme focuses on the key areas commonly encountered during airline pilot selection, including:

• Technical assessments

• Psychometric testing

• HR and competency-based interviews

• The new KSA 100 and related assessments

• Group exercises and team-based assessments

• Cognitive and aptitude testing

• Pilot competencies and behavioural assessment

• Simulator and selection exercises

• Preparation strategies and performance techniques

We don't simply tell you what the selection process involves. We help you understand what assessors are looking for, how to approach different assessment formats and how to demonstrate your strengths effectively.

EXPERIENCE THE SIMULATOR

As part of the course, you will experience a Fixed Base A320 or B737 simulator, giving you the opportunity to experience the aviation environment and practise operating as part of a flight crew.

Each candidate receives:

30 minutes as Captain
30 minutes as First Officer

This practical experience allows you to develop confidence in communication, teamwork, workload management and decision-making in a realistic flight deck environment.

SMALL GROUPS. INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION.

To maximise the value of the course, places are limited to 14 candidates per course.

This ensures a focused learning environment and gives candidates meaningful opportunities to participate, practise and receive feedback.
