A genuinely differentiated executive development programme designed to turn the principles of elite flight crew performance into powerful tools for business leadership.

Rather than teaching executives about aviation, we use the aviation environment to teach executives how to perform when the business environment becomes challenging, complex and high-pressure.

The majority of the programme takes place inside a fully functioning B747-400 simulator, which becomes our pressure laboratory — not the product itself. The simulator provides a realistic, immersive environment in which participants must communicate effectively, make critical decisions, identify and mitigate risk, manage workload and perform as a team under pressure.

The programme focuses on executive leadership, communication, decision-making and team resilience, drawing directly from the disciplines and practices used by elite flight crews.

Participants experience first-hand how highly trained flight crews manage complex situations, maintain situational awareness, communicate clearly and make effective decisions when the pressure is at its highest.

Once these skills have been developed and experienced in the simulator, participants can take the same disciplines, behaviours and tools back into the boardroom. The crossover between high-performance flight crews and high-performance business teams is striking.
